The Schoolhouse Nursery School and Kindergarten

Old school learning, new school feel!

Mrs. Corris and Mrs. Patrizi 4 year old PM

Hello PM Room 4 Friends!

April was a challenging month for our class but we persevered! We still managed to learn about baby bunnies, how we can help take care of our planet earth and even began prepping for our upcoming play.

Here comes May and June! It's so hard to believe we will be winding down the school year. We will complete the remaining letters of the alphabet and numbers 8-10. We will move on from practicing and performing our play to practicing for graduation.

Our topics for the remainder of the school year will include plant life, the butterfly life cycle and insects.

Handwriting Without Tears (HWT):

This month we will continue to work on the following diagonal line letters; X, Y and Z.

We will practice writing our names using lowercase letters for the remainder of the year and we will continue listening to letter sounds using the Hooked on Phonics CD.

Count on Math: Numbers 8-10 and Shape review
